RETURN POLICY:
We are extremely confident PurNail will help you. However we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase that is why we offer a 60 day money back return policy. To request a refund: Please send us an email that includes your full name, order number, and how many bottles you ordered (ie: 1 pack, 3 pack or 5 pack order). You must send back all empty bottles, unused bottles, and/or partially used bottles within 60 days from the date of product purchase to be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees). Please include a document that clearly notes your order number within the return. Anytime beyond 60 days from the date of purchase (the date you placed your order), no returns will be accepted. If any of the conditions mentioned above are not met you will not be eligible for a refund.
The cost of sending a package to us falls upon the customer and is not subject to being refunded or reimbursed in any way. A customer service rep will contact you via Email to confirm when we have received the return and then when we have processed your refund. PLEASE NOTE: All refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after they have been processed.
If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will send one free replacement shipment to you. We may ask you via email to provide photographic evidence of the damaged product before we send you a replacement.
Please note that any international orders that are returned due to unpaid or refused customs fees will be subject to a $25 (USD) restocking fee or PurNail’s actual shipping and handling costs, whichever is greater.
